I'm not sure if I can provide a more detailed bug report but Skype crashes on me as soon as I sign in. I've tried deleting my .skype folder in my home folder same issue. Tried reinstalling skype but the same problem keeps occurring. Has anyone experienced this?

I also had the same problem. I tried various solutions including removing the .Skype folder, removing and reinstalling skype, etc.

I finally reflashed my N800 and I have skype back and working again (at least for a while). Hopefully there will be a new version soon.

No problems for me but the sound quality is very poor and also intermittent. The UI is not as good as the PC version, but I guess it is enough for now. I've been a long time user of Skype on laptops and desktops with no issues, wired or WiFi. A great system from my experience. I could really use it on the N800 in WiFi hotspots (where I have to fire up my laptop), but only if the the quality is good enough.
