Yep.. i have wanted to look into this more like with opera/microb/or file system. That
utility might help you look around and edit some of the hidden files and directories where those settings are kept. Like doing trial and error testing with opera.ini or the /usr/lib/share/applications/hildon desktop files which others mentioned (by editing with leafpad)
