full reboot or just homescreen rebooting? what color of led blinking?

I think it's full reboot, the Jolla startup screen will show up for a while and then it screen goes blank and go to reboot.
I can see Red LED blinking during the reboot.

Okay, it's weird then. The best way is contact jolla support here: https://jolla.zendesk.com and they will suggest you ways to solve this.

I am having this strange intermittent issue with jolla that sometimes the device will go in a reboot loop. I have to do a battey pull off reset to bring the device back up and running. I am using Sailfish OS 1.1.6.27 and had never had this issue while using SF 1.1.4.
I am wondering any of you have experienced this issue before.
