I ordered a 256MB card from Nokia at the same time as my 770 order, and I've only just noticed that it seems to be recognised as having a mere 30.5MB storage space!

I've formatted it from the 770 as well as my Windows box with a card reader and they both reckon its only a 30MB card regardless of trying it under FAT32/NTFS/etc.

Am I doing something wrong, or have Nokia managed to somehow stick a 30MB card onto an MMC extender with a 256MB label? This card has only 1 row of contacts where the 64MB card that came with the 770 has 2 rows- is this important?

Anyone know if you can decipher the actual size of the card by the serial numbers on the memory part of the card?
