Greetings:

Whenever I have to send an email message with my N800, I have to type

each letter one at a time.

I could buy a BlueTooth Mini foldable Keyboard, but I would still have to type out each word.

Wouldn't it be possible to have an Application on the N800 where by I can
Voice record my message, state the person I wish to send my message
and the message is sent to a Server, where it would be converted to text, and sent to the person.

If when I Voice record my message I'm not connected to the Internet, the Application would automaticly sync, or send the message the moment I pass by a HotSpot.

Now that would be a great Application.

Regards Robert

You could record a message via maemo recorder:

...and attach it to an email. It's not exactly what you're describing, but it would work.

Not an N800 application, but you can do this with a cell phone and Jott (http://jott.com)

Greetings Namtastic:

Man did you open a flood gate.

I visited the Jott Website, became a member, and it really works.

If something like this would work on a N800 it would be great.

I tried to relogin to Jott Website and I think a couple of Million people have read your message.
So now their servers are working overtime.

But hey thanks Namtastic what a find.

Regards Robert

I don't have to type out every word on my N800. I type with my fingers on the Styluskeyboard (Takes some getting used to) If you do that than you will have a couple of t9-like options in the spacerbar you have to click.
