Hi guys, I have a question that maybe someone here can help me with.
I have set up a small apache server to try and learn a thing or two. I have set up a symlink from my home directory/movies to server/movies. I have several avi files in this directory. I can now take my N800 point to the folder in the browser and open the files over the internet and they play in the media player just fine. Now comes the help me part. If I password protect this directory with .htaccess the files start to load and then just stop. I can take password protection off and the movies play fine again. I can do the same thing with my laptop and the files will play with or without password protected directory.

Off Topic I am stubborn and spent way to much time trying to make MPlayer play the files on my N800 and it can be done after the hoops are jumped through. Once I realize the box stock media player played them fine I just used it. Off topic.

I have hacked at this for a week and have not found a solution.
