Is there any way to have Bluetooth automatically connect to your keyboard in OS2008 the way it would in the Bluetooth applet for the 770? That was a great piece of functionality that we lost.

As I recall, that applet also had several different layouts for different keyboards. Is there any way to associate a layout with a keyboard in a similar manner in 2008? All we have is the Nokia SU8 layout but I have a Thinkoutside Stowaway. Ive made my own xmodmap file, but thats annoying to have to load each time. Someone suggested modding the Nokia system files, but apparently that gets swept away with system updates and besides its so hackish and inelegant .
