Dear All,

Now I've finally got my n95 I only require one more piece of the puzzle. I've never been able to get past 'ok' SMS wise, it seems lots of trouble with gain, so I was hoping to use the N800 to write SMS messages then send them via my N95. I tried Phonelink for a while, but it doesn't work with the N95 (or I can't get it to do anything - and N95 isn't on the list of compatibale phones) - does anyone know of anyway to do this? And also, is it possible to then recieve SMS messages on my N800, as I like to dump the phone in my bag, and use the N800 for everything.

Cheers

BT

I don't believe its possible at the moment because gnokii doesn't support N95 phones or similar. I have an N95 and was wanting to do the same thing.

I've gotten gnokii to start phone calls and send SMS's from my N95 and N810.

Installed the latest gnokii and rfcomm, used the "AT" phone settings. Changed the rfcomm to 4.

Got the BT MAC from the phone and put it in. It lets me dial and send SMS's. Although I can't receive anything. Ends up being a BT keyboard for SMS sending (not super useful).

Hope this helps.
