In the course of attempting to get phonelink to work with my new phone, I seem to have killed it. Now, every time I start phonelink, it takes a *long* time to start up and delivers the same error message: "drivers don't support SMS signalling (command timed out)"

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing both phoneline and gnokii to no avail. I've paired and unpaired my n810 with my old phone (which I know to work with phonelink), all to no avail (Gnokii detects my old Samsung phone just fine). Does anyone have any suggestions?
