Control Panel > text input setting > finger
Select launch via rocker key.
This will launch when you press the center button where there is text input.
You can also check launch via touch screen and it will launch when you touch the screen with your finger, but not with the stylus.

"enter" key. in the middle of the navigation pad.
I touched the arrow in the lower-right and the keyboard returned to the normal position on the bottom of the screen,
Anyone know how to switch the KB to full screen?
