i just got a N810 and am trying to tether it with my sprint bb 8330. the bb see the nokia and nokia see the bb but when it comes time to connect to the internet it will not

i call nokia help desk and they told me just DL the nokia software updater and it will fix it (are you for really dude)

do anyone have any ideas on how to fix this

You will gain a lot if you update. For example the CPU speed will be faster and you'll get over the air updates for aps and the system itself.
