As far as I can tell, PR1.3 contains the same My Nokia components as PR1.2, so everything in http://wiki.maemo.org/PR1.2_compulso...a_subscription still applies.

Does the PR 1.3 update try to do the same backhanded trick as the PR 1.2 update?
