the hardware keyboard makes threaded conversations redundant - step backwards.
I personally like a propoer hardware keyboard so the phone would be a no from me straight off.
I don't particularly like slab type phones, i actually like the chunky robustness of the N900. I feel like the thin devices would break in my pocket.

For me, it shows quite some apple-esque touches. It isn't quite 'it', but it has potential. I do like the formfactor and thinness.
