How long does it take and does it show on the screen when its all charged?

When fully charged, the battery meter will show "Battery full". How long that takes depends on how low the battery is. It is ok to leave the N800 pluged in, it will not overcharge.

I found that it takes around 2 1/2 to 3 hours to charge a battery that is so low the unint will not come on.
