Hey guys I have been very interested with the N900 capability. So far there are still many undiscovered power of this device.

I've found this article about the HD video output which claimed to be possible on N900.

Take a read.. And let think.. N900 does not have OTG..

I'm sure everyone is interested but no one wants to hold their breath for this. I would rather let Nokia work on fixing the basics first, like mail for exchange, navigation, mms, .........list goes on.......

This is totally interesting because I watch movies here or there on my N900 and the biggest issue is the 480 output via the 3.5 av out cable, and it's a drag considering the capability to play video at the higher framerate exists on the device, the community it seems has to make it a reality...no bounds on this device for sure.

But the noBounds project is abandoned at the moment. If anyone could bring this project back to live again would be awesome.

My point exactly
With such a limited functionality MfE and Maps are as good as "not there"

If memory serves, and I know that Search here does, the noBounds project was an unfortunate consequence of one of the research lab closings Nokia had last year. However, there was a person from that team that came here talking about noBounds being something near a commerical possibility. Nothing has been said since, but I know that its one of the later threads in the Search in which this was talked about.

Several folks (myself included) wanted this for the N800/N810. To have it period would be great for mobile devices as a whole, but for this specific genre, it would be class-defining...

...that being said, it would force developers to think about non-handheld contexts for their UIs too. And the earlier tablets didn't make that so easy. It could be a good deal easier with Qt/Maemo/MeeGo and the N900, however, that's yet to have been seen.
