Hi, we just spoke on Twitter, I think the issue is I can't see a N900 specific version to download from anywhere, just a repacked desktop Linux build.

I've only built the Linux version for now - hopefully tonight I can pack a N900 binary.
Still, it has that nasty touchpad issue! But it should run, you just have to place it on ext3-land (ie, not on ~/MyDocs). And be sure to have the 'gfx' and 'sfx' folders under it.

I'm thinking, at this stage, to have a simple .desktop file and an icon and that's it.
In the future, I want to replace the "text typing" commands with buttons on the sides of the fullscreen game (since the fullscreen res is 648x480, I have two black strips to fill with buttons).

sardaukar - has this been worked on before for the n900? or am i thinking of the n8x0 version? (if there even is?)

I have a Garage project up for a Linux port (and subsequently Maemo 5 soon

Currently it builds for both platforms, but Maemo gameplay has a touchpad issue. I'll also need multi-player (Internet) testers, so send me a PM if you feel up to it.
