Sorry I posted this before in the general forum because I didn't realize there was a special N900 forum.

I received my N900 4 days ago, and inserted all my IM accounts. There was no problem connecting to anything in the first 2 days, but in the past 2 days I keep getting an error message for the facebook chat account login.

There is a red "network error" next to the account in the availability menu, and when I connect to the internet I get a message "unable to connect to one or more accounts". The other accounts work fine (skype, MSN messenger, google talk).

I have tried logging out and in again, disabling the account and enabling again, restarting the internet connection and the machine. Nothing helps. I can log into the chat on the facebook site. I also tried to log out of the facebook site but that didn't help.

try removing them all, not deactivating, then reapply the FB account, if its working alone it is a problem with another account, i have those errors when i setup the ovi account, so i removed it and the errors never happen now, i only have FB and skype setup now

I'm not sure but it sometimes happens on my PC too (running Empathy which is also Telepathy based), so it could be a facebook issue.
