Hello Everyone,

Just bought a new simcard for the N900 and registered it with T-mobile.

My old simcard came with a Nokia N90, also from T-mobile.
After changing the the new sim two things happened

a) Increased 3G talk time substantially (from ~3.5 Hrs to ~ 4.5 Hrs)
b) Decreased random call drops.

Can experts on simcards take a look at the picture and comment why the new simcard's connector is smaller in size?

The new simcard is the one being pointed to in the picture.

I've heard that it's way better to get a new sim every two years or so. I've had mine for over 6 years now. I should get a new one..

RAZR, N90, N95 and finally it stopped working properly inside of a N900. I suppose even SIMcards do age

I am sure many of the dropped calls related rants here could be solved with brand new SIM card.

I've had my sim card for about 10 years and moved it around 4-5 phones and it still seems to work fine.
