so i fixed my backup board which started automagically on inserting battery and struck on nokia boot logo to my amazement it is a perfectly functional device but my bad i scavenged it for parts earlier but its just a matter of time that i replace the camera module and replace the scavenged usb parts with a full sized one .
overall the device is in top condition and the emmc had a bootload of porn to fix it i had to reball Nii40 ic and clean the usb port area after a multineter check i coudnt figure if there was a short but the ve line was broken with other abnormalites avove my knowledge and coudnt figure a jumper sanely so ripped the entire usb with some components and cleaned it to my amazement now mxkey could flash the device previously it could only detect partialy and hung up any operation and flashing via usb was a no go as the port was insane.
now the biggest problem if i plan to use a full size usb port how do i charge it?? resoldering a usb port is a no go as it is screwed badly enough
iknow i can use the test pads for charging and data iwant to know is it safe? as i have read scary posts by respectable members on bypassing the usb charging circuitry i am scared like a kid i dont want to fk the device up after all thease efforts as its in awsome cosmetic condition
so how should i do it

forgieve the macro image quality had nothing in hand to take photo but my jxd with its massive 0.3 mp camera taped with a lens from the viewfinder of a old reel camera did the job

So no advices should i go on my own clunky ways then ??
