Hey guys,

Now that the Monsoon Vulkano (new version of the HAVA player) is out, lets get Monsoon to bring out a Maemo Version. I emailed their support asking if a n900 version of the player would be coming out and they told me:
Hi X,


Thank you for contacting Monsoon Support.


Yes, that is in the roadmap. Software development/Availability depends on the number of requests we receive from people using Maemo devices.
So contact them if you are interested - this looks like the best DVR/placeshifting device on the market.

Their web site indicates a Symbian player will be "available soon". One might hope they are crafting that software in Qt, and if so, getting it to work on MeeGo and Maemo may be relatively painless.

Can we get a petition list signed for Vulkano and or HAVA support?

what does monsoon vulkano or HAVA do beside playing songs ? maybe we can be interested and send them a request like u did
