Is it possible to connect to the N900 with my PC using the USB cable and VNC? I don't get a stable 3G connection at work so this would be ideal.

You need to figure out USB Networking - there are links on here if you search for them

@whaleyboy if your company doesn't allow installing unauthorized software then you might not be able to setup the USB networking(http://wiki.maemo.org/N900_USB_networking). However, you could consider the other options like connecting your N900 to PC via WiFi or Bluetooth-PAN.

I've got win7, so i skip to where it says i should, and then what am i installing, to my phone, or onto my computer?
