Can someone tell me how to get this thing off my n900? It won't let me uninstall or update.

Hey guys here is a solution that sould work 100%(hopefully) i tried a few things nothing worked but this one did the trick so try it out

open X Terminal and type the following:

sudo gainroot (requires rootsh package)

rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/catblock.prerm

rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/catblock.*inst

apt-get purge catblock

You need rootsh installed to get things done in X-Terminal application
Code:
sudo gainroot
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/catblock.prerm
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/catblock.*inst
apt-get purge catblock
