I've been getting some odd error messages lately:
Unable to open storage location (Upon opening MicroB)
Not allowed (Trying to save a file in .documents or anywhere on "Nokia N800" system)
Device storage memory full. Remove data to free memory. (opening RSS Feed reader)
Booting from MMC with 2008 update 30-2, boot menu recovered with Penguinbait's deb.
MMC is 2gig about half full, this installation might be 'used' to seeing an external memory card currently absent. I don't see any settings in RSS directing to save on the external though. I suspect the former screen rotate that I uninstalled (the portion visible from application manager). I had to go into redpill to install, but didn't uninstall those components.
It seems my user directory has all been made read only.
Can someone refresh my memory on command lines to confirm this, and then how to fix it?
Ok, 'thanks' for not enabling me. I've got 'ls -l'
From my working flash gives drwxr-xr-x, from the mmc it gives drwxr-xr-x.
So, I guess I was wrong about write access. If there is no easy way to fix this I guess I just re-clone my flash.
Or should MyDocs be drwxrwxrwx? and how do you change file permissions?
