transconnect will allow ftp ssh telnet anything that the proxy will allow. For those of you stuck behind a firewall this is a must have
tconn.tar.gz contains
.tconn/INSTALL
.tconn/README
.tconn/tconn.conf
.tconn/tconn.sh
.tconn/user.sh
the .tconn directory should be placed into the users home directory
http://www.penguinbait.com/tconn.tar.gz
info about transconnect can be found here, i use version 1.2
http://transconnect.sourceforge.net/
--------------------------------
"connect" is another ssh proxy tool, only for ssh, but hey you can pipe everything through
http://www.penguinbait.com/connect.gz
info about connect can be found here
http://zippo.taiyo.co.jp/~gotoh/ssh/connect.html
Please enjoy, they don't work for the particular reason I was building them, but they work great just the same. Let me know if anyone makes use of this, or has any problems....
