I have a 5 page work document that i would like to have installed on my N810. Any ideas on how to do the process and where to store it?

Work document? or Word document? In any case, you could try saving it as an html document and opening it with the web browser or save it as a PDF and open it with the PDF viewer. You can store it just about anywhere by either emailing it to yourself or connect via USB and copy it to one of the memory cards. Then you can move it into whatever folder you prefer.
