Hi all,

I got a Nokia 770, but it doesn't come with a USB cable which is apparently required to flash the ROM (and therefore have some more fun).

I read on Nokia website that the cable is the "Nokia Connectivity Cable DKE-2 (USB)". Is it some kind of standard mini-USB cable or is it something special?

(I just wonder because there is certainly no "DKE-2" cable or compatible cable available here and I will have to get it shipped from Europe or North America).

Thanks.

Paul

I thought all the 770's came with a USB cable...mine did, but it is just a standard mini-usb -> standard-usb cable. In fact, a Sony PSP cable works just great, and they are like $5 or so

Thanks.

I didn't buy the Nokia, it was a donation and the cable wasn't included. I don't want to bother the generous donator.

I had doubts because some phone accessories dealers sell this cable, of course without saying that you can get the same at any local store.

It comes with many digital cameras and mp3 players or card readers. It is the same as those...I got so many lying around here..I'm sure you can find one somewhere easliy...I'd give you one..but shipping would really suck.

if by "soon" you mean "nearly a month ago", then you are spot on http://www.dillernet.com/apple/2006/...in-on-the-770/
