I am just curious if anyone is using this as an intercom in certain rooms, using skype with the auto answer feature? I can actually see quite a few places this could work out to be real handy

This reminded me of the old days of Phreaking, there is a BOX that auto-answers and enables a mic so you can hear what going on

A nice project for somebody maybe a N8x0 Spy program {to early and last of coffee to think of a better name for it..... possible name could be GIR...} that auto-answers and enables the cam and gives either records to a SD and/or streams the audio/video.......

That would be very cool. For now I am considering just putting it in my little kids room. When I am in office or on road I can call her and it will answer for her and she can just talk to me through skype without touching the device. I see no reason this wouldnt work perfectly.
