Hello, First off, yes, I spend sometime searching the forums for answers to this question, and so for no luck. So I will ask my question.

I have an N800, Dell Laptop with Windows XP machine with a bluetooth dongle, and finally the Dell has my Verizon BroadbandAccess card attached so I can get internet wherever.

What I want to do is let the N800 share the Verizon's BroadbandAccess internet connection over bluetooth, since I do not have a cell phone that connects to the internet.

I will continue to try to figure out how to do this, but so far I am not able to do so.

If someone would not mind pointing me in the right direction, even, if it is not possible, I would appreciate the help.

Thanks in advanced everyone.

Hey Matt -

I'm not an expert, but please make sure that your N800 is still dialing in to the Verizon network when connecting. I connected my N770 via bluetooth to my Verizon E815 phone which was not "dialing in" to the Verizon network and racked up 2 $800+ phone bills. I ended up getting them taken care of, but it was not fun.

You might look into setting up a bluetooth PAN connection. Server on the laptop, client on the n800. Don't know much about it, but that's probably what you want to do. It is a standard bluetooth profile.
