Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do I answer a call to to my Gizmo number on the N800? When I click answer I get a message telling me to press 1 to accept the call. How do I press 1? What am I missing here? I have my Grand Central number forwarding to Gizmo but I'm assuming that isn't my problem. I've looked everywhere in Gizmo for some setting to tweak (both in the N800 client and Gizmo web interface) but I'm at a loss. I've done a thorough search here and I see that some others have had the same issue but I can't figure out how it was eventually resolved. So I appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I just got this set up yesterday, and it took me a minute to figure out, too...

When you receive the call, you click "Answer" and it pops up the new window over the top of the regular Gizmo window. You'll see the Gizmo icon on the left of your screen in your taskbar or whatever it's called now has a box with a "2" in it meaning there are two open windows (the regular gizmo window, and the new window for the call). If you click on that icon, you can select between the two windows. Select the regular Gizmo window, then scroll over to the right through the tabs with the ">" arrow until you get to the dialpad. Tap "1" and you're good to go!

I think you can set it to automatically answer in the options panel.

Yes, you can, but you still have to press the "1" in order to tell GrandCentral that you're taking the call once you've answered it in Gizmo.

Et moi aussi! Woohoo!

Just an additional note, the GC FAQ says that at this time you can neither select an international number nor forward to an international number. But, US GC # forwarded to my Canadian cell just fine. Unless I misunderstood what it meant by "international forwarding" it does actually seem to perform that function.

(That's not really what I wanted it for; I just wanted it to go to the N810, but it did work when I had the cell phone number enabled.)

Just s'os ya know.

With the setting in the Internet Phone app to the Gizmo account, it will answer the Internet call instead of Gizmo, especially if Gizmo isn't running (or sometimes if it is). I found you can connect by picking the Internet Call/DTMF dialing and pressing 1. So you don't need to use the Gizmo app at all.
