Hi there! Noob question. I searched but didn't find and solution so I'm asking: Is there a way to tell application manager to install programs to other drives (memory cards/rom/etc...)?

From what I can tell, it looks like everything that gets installed goes into the 256MB ROM of the N810. I'm afraid that the ROM will be filled too qucikly and I cannot add anymore programs to the IT.

Also, I've installed load-applet and it lists all the processes currently running and it it's over 100MB. Is this normal? Why is the system using up soooooooo much resources (RAM I'm assuming)? If this is the amount of RAM that the system is using, no wonder the IT seems to be sluggish.

Like I said, I'm a Noob to ITT.

Thanks

Yes it's talking about RAM and yes that sounds normal. Don't worry about it, there's nothing you can do.
