Hi.

1) I have been toying around with streaminng video via upnp from my XP Home PC. It seems only Mpeg1 works. Is this right? This is a pity because most of my movies are in xvid or divx. One would also think that after running a movie through the Nokia Tablet Video Converter it would stream nicely. No luck. Any suggestions on how to get the other formats streaming or how to convert to mpeg1?

(PS I am treaming with Orb as the server. It dissappears (cant be seen from my N810 or N82) from time to time. Winamp remote seemed more stable but didnt allow sharing of pictures like orb)

2) For some reason video clips that I record on my cellphone (Nokia N82, although I have tried a N93i with the same results) seem to stutter a lot? Is there a codec or something that is needed on the N810?

Please help. I am technically challenged but love my N810!

Thanks

The ITVC creates videos optimized for local playback not streaming.

If you're using Orb as the streaming server, it might be better to ask over in their forums since Orb does transcoding before it sends the video out.

Thanks vbrilon. I' gonna convert all my movies back to mpeg1 so I can stream. Anyone know of a good tool on Windows for this?
