I'm in the process of fulfilling my obligations as a developer discount code recipient, and I want to post my project "feature list" or "target". Anyone care to take a look and comment on what they want out of this project? I'm trying to bring the GPS/Webcam/Keyboard out of the shadows and use the Nokia 810 as part of a web globally connected, locally focused view. I will start my project using Python, and I don't have much experience developing for the 770, but I am looking for some help. Here's the link... (ignore the URL and other content, this was the quickest WIKI I could get this up on)

Comments appreciated... Thanks!

I think this is an exciting application idea; But I personally have no basis for providing detailed feedback. It is hard to envision in a detailed way how this would work. This is also probably why people reading your post here are not mentally prepared on the subject to offer concrete suggestions.

In such a situation, an iterative development cycle can be helpful. Create a website/blog and a mockup/demo that illustrates the screens, functions, and UI along with some fake data. Let your userbase get their hands on it and click through the demo. This will generate concrete ideas and feedback (comments) -- 'Priming the pump' of your user community.

This kind of interaction will help generate general interest and help focus you on what's important and motivate you to follow-through with the project.

cheers,
