I don't use the 770's email very much; normally I VNC to my desktop email instead. Sometimes, however, it is useful to forward an email to my 770, for example if I have an email with a complex URL in it, and I want to open that URL directly in the 770's browser (as opposed to in a browser on the VNC server).

When I try this, I find that the forwarded message, which should be an attachment, is missing; in other words I get an email with headers as expected, but no body.

More generally I think I can remember other cases where the 770 email hasn't shown the attachments that I would expect.

So: is this a known problem / has anyone else seen this?

Thanks - Neil

I dont use the inbuilt email app, lol.
But if you must use email on the n770, try gmail or other web based clients. they seem to work fine for me

Seems to work for me now after the april flash update. Attachments that were not visible are now... YMMV

Coolty: thanks for the suggestion, but I don't see how that could help me to read stored email, and prepare a reply, when I'm offline. Could it?

Thanks - Neil

Thanks. I'm waiting for the next update, since I presume that will come shortly to fix the timezone problem, but it's good to know that they are likely to fix this email problem.
