I have the technology, I have the knowledge, what I dont have is resources to help before I try to do anything.

There are some helful tips around, but nothing on the level of a guide. My n810 is still briked, I posted about this before, and I want to fix it.

What I need are resources where I can find information like pin descriptions, and someone who has done it before. The end goal is a full how-to cold flash a n810.

Any links wilth information can help.
Cheers.

Are you sure that you N810 is bricked? I have never read your previous post, so I am required to ask you that question.

If you're adamant on cold flashing - I'm 80% sure the exposed pads under the battery cover are JTAG - http://www.inaccessnetworks.com/proj...tag-intro.html

From then on - it's a case of understanding the protocols used, search for the N800 schematics and see what flash chips are used; try and find OS utils to flash those; and so on...it's all beyond me

It is very Bricked, tried to flash it doesn't work. I mean when you cant flash your device things are bad. Doesn't boot just gives me the Nokia Logo.

Can you hold down the swap key on boot to get USB access?

I don't doubt that you have the knowledge, I just want to make sure you really have exhausted all avenues save the nuclear option.

And remember the swap key is the key below the camera.

This is the link to the other place, it is just not working. Holding down the swap key doesnt work, I had previously actually flashed it like this and it works, so I have the correct setup to do this.
