I did some searching; however, I'm not sure exactly which search terms to use.

I'd like to disable the center (enter) button on the the navigation panel on the left side of the N810 keyboard. I have a hard time using the navigation panel because I often mistakenly press the enter button instead of the left/right/up/down directionals. Perhaps some sort of keymapping solution would work.

This isn't a rant about the placement of the navigation panel; I'd just like to be able to use the directionals reliably.

Bump. Anyone out there with knowledge about how the keyboard is mapped?

Benson, thanks for a simple solution! I had a bit of a hard time finding an xmodmap package for OS2008; however, the OS2007 binary seems to work fine.

Thanks so much for helping me fix what was once an N810 annoyance!

Generally CLI applications from 2007 work on 2008.
