I already answered. I have "installed" swf files on my n800 (one was "Bloxorz" (a game) and another was a stopwatch program. Both were simply .swf files and I put them in a directory and created a shortcut to run each.
The weren't "Popcap" games, but they were swf files.

Popcap swf-files are protected so you can't just copy the swf-file.
I did little script what maximizes the flash-object: http://laasonen.net/popcap.user.js
What you have to do:
1. Install greasemonkey-webaddon.
2. Go to this address and click yes.
3. Go to the game with your browser, for example here.
4. Click the +-button and add shortcut to desktop.
Now you can start popcap-games from desktop and play them on fullscreen
EDIT: I didn't notice that all of their games don't use the same technic, so it wont work to all of them
