If it is possible, then we might be able to run many different android roms. The nitdroid project is making progress, but i just wanted to know if it was a possibility.

There were many roms for the hd2, and some had the problem we have now with the n900, the phone didnt work. However, xda devs found a way and fixed the problem with the phone. The rom is perfect now, everything works, even the gps and camera.

So, if we modify some of nitdroid's files with some of hd2's rom's files, will it work?

Real devs don't sleep, don't eat. They only poll tmo for new posts.

we can't grab the missing drivers from another phone because nokia has unique hardware in the n900, no chance of fixing gps/camera unless another phone with android has the same one.

Just install the components you require.
