It looks like they're freeware, but not open source. Both are currently Windows only.

I really have no idea how any of this stuff works, but there is a section in the 'nifflas' forums called "sources" - I assume this makes the games 'open source', right? If this is correct, how would one go about making it playable on the N810?

It appears that the game is made with Games Factory so even the author can't port it to anything
