OK..Since I can't use my iPhone to get online I tried to use one of the free WiFi and could not get connected. So, I downloaded some apps that I wanted to my PC and can't figure out how to install them to the 810. The pc shows the internal memory and the 8gb card that I installed. So I copy a file to either memory but can't see the file when I go to the 810.. Suggestions??

The .deb files should show up on the card. If they're in the root (top) directory then 'ls /media/mmc1/' from the osso-xterm command line should list the files. You should be able to install them from the application manager, open the menu and select 'install from file'. Then navigate to the memory card and select the .deb file to install.

(Note that when installing from file it may easily fail because the application manager won't be able to resolve dependencies by downloading missing packages (libraries etc.), so you will have to resolve them manually by downloading more files and pre-installing those first, before re-trying the failed original install)
