Will the N810 load the page:
http://www.gokgs.com/applet.jsp

Does it show the "welcome" message?

Can you try logging in as "n810guest" and click "guest", does the window pop?

Shows java plugin needed. As a sidenote the tablets don't have java by default and I haven't had a need to install the java packages.

We don't have Java, so no welcome message.

EDIT: I was slower answering than Acydlord was.

Is it possible to install Java to make this work?

Does anyone with Java installed on their N810 have a moment to verify if this will work?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to purchase an N810 and this will be one of the factors on whether or not I go for it..

There is some java application work going on, but there's no java applet work going on as far as I know, unfortunately.

There isn't a java plug-in for MicroB (the built-in browser that comes with the n810) currently. So far the most you can do is run java programs locally (outside of the browser) on the device using something like jalimo. I believe if you install and use chrooted debian you can get a browser with a java browser plug-in (at least kamakhaze(?) or probably iceweasel too IIRC). For the latter, see here.
