I must warn that the 770 installation guide isn't a installation guide but port information 
Means it is not directly user ready, maybe tablet hacker ready.
We will -eventually- have a 770 port installer.
Thanks for trying anyway. Did you remember the whole steps about having a 2gb card with swap enabled and everything? Try to find debootstrap.log in debootstrap in /mnt/deblet and put it online somewhere, or attach to a post.
What might have happened is simply the debootstrap being able to download one package earlier on.
Means it is not directly user ready, maybe tablet hacker ready. We will -eventually- have a 770 port installer.

I have got an error after the extraction of all packages:
