I'm using my 770 to listen to audio books using the slimserver to stream the mp3. I would like to find a way to turn off the audio book after a certain amount of time. You see I often listen to a book while drifting off to sleep and many of the audio books are one looooong file. I don't like the idea of waking up in the morning and finding that my 770 has been playing all night.

Any ideas?

thanks,
Richard.

Code:
sleep 3600 && killall osso-media-server
is what I use...
I made a command entry for osso-statusbar-cpu:
Code:
sh -c 'sleep 3600 && killall osso-media-server'

I also use the sleep-killall method. Convenient if you put it as a button on Personal Launcher. Also, have you tried Panucci to play the audio books? It has a great bookmarking system which is useful for single file books, plus volume control from the rocker button and embedded album art.
