hope not. Maybe the UI is just a mock up, but it looks like its made for vertical usage... The layout shown in the picture must look quite crappy rotated....
Aside from the UI one can't say very much about the rest...guess we will have to wait longer.

For me looks very similar in design to some screenshots from Trolls. It may be first Nokia smartphone with Qt based frontend.

An interesting thing in that picture is that on the left hand top corner beside the google green dot, there is i think the regular gsm bars...i know the wifi is on the right side

I think fake. Nokia would never use a wallpaper, that is commonly used.
