I had to reflash my system and reinstall from the great console tools. Since the last backup I had added loads of feeds, is there a way to restore these from a standard Nokia backup file?

The really puzzling bit is that the files seem to still exist (with MD5 style file names on the internal memory card) can they remember where they came from?

Depending on which version you have, all gPodder data should be stored on your SD card (older versions) or on ~/.config/gpodder (which the Nokia Backup App should IMHO back up). You can also use my.gpodder.org to backup your subscription list.
