X-Lite for windows works well... both audio and video, just download the "free" version of X-Lite (google will yield the link fairly quickly for you); been using it for video chatting since Chinook first came out...

I tested Ekiga and sound quality to a PC is like skype..
And video works for second, but crashes on the windows side.. which I wonder if is ekiga on windows..
I'll looking other sip programs more stable for windows than ekiga..
gizmo works : )
I wonder if anyone has any sugestions about sip phone/video for windows..
