Hello and greeting to all the members of these forums.
I'm a newbie but I've been reading internettablettalk for a while and it helped me a lot to customize my N810.
Here is an odd problem with Skype that I face.
I have Skype (same account) installed on several Windows desktops at work and at home. As a result when someone calls me or sends a message I can see it on several machines at once - well, I guess that's nothing new.
When I use this same account on my N810, initially, (shortly after installation or reinstallation), it works just fine, but after few hours all my contacts grey out and I cannot make any call. At the same time internet, email, remotedesktop are working just fine. Moreover if I use a different unique account (that I established to be used only on N810) - nothing like that happens.
I cannot shift to using this separate account because all my contacts are on the old one. Another weird thing is that when I call from Skype using N810 - it is visible on the other computer as a call from mobile device as if Skype knows that this is not a call from regular computer and accordingly treats it differently.
Any suggestions
1. how to use same account on N810 as on other machines ?
2. what are the reasons for such an odd Skype behaviour?
3. Is there any call forwarding (not to telephone but to account) on Skype?
