I haven't been using the tablet for some time, maybe a year. I've updated to the latest firmware.
The default browser is hanging badly. It looks like it's waiting for some resources synchronously and looks like there is some influence with process scheduling (moving constantly the scrollbar makes it more responsive).
Most of the pages I see are really slow to come or to scroll. Sometimes it hangs for 2 seconds without giving me possibilty to do anything.
It was much much better a year ago. I can't remember seeing this browserd (which is also running when I'm not browsing..)

Is this normally seen with latest n800 firmware? If yes, any workaround? Going back to chinook? Another browser?

Thanks for the info, I'll look at this.

Do we know where the bottlenecks are in the default browser? Anybody did some profiling?
