I formated and installed Jaunty onto my laptop (replaced Interprid). Before I create a new key so I can use my laptop to SSH to the n800 without the need of a password I need to remove the old one (or I suppose I could leave it there but I'm a bit anal about these things). Is there a way just to remove that one specific keys from the n800 and not the other ones I have?

Sure, on the n800 you just have to edit .ssh/authorized_keys.
It's a simple text file with a key is in each line.

And for the next time when you decide to format your hard drive you can save ~/.ssh directory to keep the old keys
