I do not want reflash all (the usb mode work)

is possible reflash only the "/etc/init.d/rcS" FILE ???

please help me i want create fiasco custom image but i'm not able for it

can someone help me create this custom image with one file or help to unbrick without reflash all??

No, flashing has to write to the whole chunk of memory (as it has no idea what the filesystem layout is), so there's no way to flash a single file.
