This is a WONTFIX for Diablo as Diablo is in maintenance mode and Nokia will only provide bugfixes for critical issues if at all.

It's true that Mer has support for this variant of wifi authentication but it's currently not polished enough to be used instead of Maemo. I was hoping for a solution to get Diablo working for the purpose I got my N810 for ...
Is there any hope that WPA-EPA/TTLS-PAP wifi support could be backported to Diablo? I understand that it would require a new version of the wifi driver and at the least an update to the Connection Manager, or replacing the Connection Manager with wpa-supplicant and wicd or similar.
